Amidst a tranquil sea of flowers,

Two lonely children stand

And one supports the other

As he reaches out his hand.

The burden on their shoulders,

Too young their years to bear

Is a grief they cannot comprehend

For one no longer there.

For a mother whom they loved so much,

An icon to the world,

A flower in the wilderness,

The petals crushed, unfurled.

And listen in the silence

That this nation now imparts,

The only sound that can be heard

Is the breaking of their hearts,

But the people stand beside them,

To share their tears and pain,

Like candles in the darkness,

They’ll guide them home again.

And amidst the fragrant sea of flowers,

Two noble princes stand.

Their heads are bowed in sorrow

As they take each other’s hand.
